We had new laminate flooring installed in our kitchen/dining/hallway/utility room. The finished job is beautiful- -absolutely professional in all aspects. Minimal disruption throughout the process (two days) with minimal mess. Garrett did a wonderful job and was friendly/easy to work with. We would welcome using him and Home Improvement Outlet again. If you are looking for a company to do your project, look no further then Home Improvement Outlet. We bought our house a year ago and were quickly surprised by how much work the floors needed. (Tear out and leveling.) We stumbled across Home Improvement Outlet and from the first phone call to the finish of our project we were nothing but happy. Amber and Scott in the showroom were amazing. Scott gave my 6 year old time and attention during our first visit and didnt make him feel like an annoyance. Amber listened to my husband and I's concerns, likes and dislikes and helped us find the perfect fit. She was great with communication during the whole process. When tear out and installation day came we were greeted by Andrew, Colin & Kai. They came in, torn out our hardwood floor and cleaned along the way. When it turned out we wanted to tear out the subfloor and get new Andrew didnt even blink. He took on the challenge and made the subfloor supported, solid and level. This project took 2 extra days then expected but they worked with us. Kai & Colin came out for install and always had a good attitude and a GREAT attention to detail. My 6 yr old son befriended the 2 and was by their side observing and talking most of the time. When the project was done we were more then happy with the work they did. We will continue using Home Improvement Outlet for any project they will do.

Shawn and the team did an amazing job from start to finish. We had our bathroom and kitchen remodeled. Shawn was helpful in the preliminary planning stages including picking out flooring, cabinetry, and a sink. He then came to the house and measured for install. He also connected us with Classic Rock fabricators to choose granite. Shawn communicated the times of arrival for the various contractors and was responsive to emails and questions throughout. The time to complete work was reasonable, and the pricing was reasonable. The team did an amazing job at installing and craftsmanship. The bathroom and kitchen experts did meticulous, careful work on install of: vanity, flooring, toilets, cabinets, trim, and tiling work. The new bathroom & kitchen have quality materials and we anticipate that they will endure. The contracting team communicated well, were professional, and cleaned up beautifully. The overall finished projects exceeded our expectations, so remodeling through HIO was a positive, worthwhile experience!

We had a new front door installed at our son’s house on Chestnut St in Palmyra. He did an amazing job. He finished everything very carefully and completely. It looks tremendous. I would highly recommend Home Improvement especially if our installer ( don’t know his name) does the work.

I had Home Improvement Outlet at my home to level up what was once a sunken floor in my living room. They also removed my old carpet and installed vinyl plank flooring as well as a ceiling that also looks like wood planking. I am very pleased with everything. The crew was a pleasure to work with. They worked hard and cleaned up before they left every day. I have received many nice comments who have seen the work. I will definitely use Home Improvement Outlet for future projects at my home.

We had luxury vinyl planking installed, and the process was seamless from start to finish! Jeremy and Brad installed the flooring and were incredibly professional, skilled and respectful to my home. They took time to answer my questions and were pleasant and hardworking the entire time. The flooring is stunning, and the customer service we received was amazing. I was very pleased with the skill and preciseness in the workmanship of every contractor who helped with my home project. From flooring to backsplash it was top notch. The backsplash was the finishing touch to my new kitchen. Everyone working at the store was most helpful and I appreciated their input while I was matching different tones of color.

We had new flooring installed yesterday. I absolutely love it. This isn’t the first time we’ve had Home Improvement do work at our house and it definitely won’t be the last. I highly recommend.

My wife and I had Home Improvement Outlet lay flooring in most of our home, this included sheet vinyl, carpeting, and glue down tile. They were patient, friendly, and worked with us throughout. The flooring all came out beautifully! The office people were great as were the total of four installers we had. Couldn’t recommend them more highly! Would definitely use their services next time we need them!
