We had luxury vinyl planking installed, and the process was seamless from start to finish! Jeremy and Brad installed the flooring and were incredibly professional, skilled and respectful to my home. They took time to answer my questions and were pleasant and hardworking the entire time. The flooring is stunning, and the customer service we received was amazing. I was very pleased with the skill and preciseness in the workmanship of every contractor who helped with my home project. From flooring to backsplash it was top notch. The backsplash was the finishing touch to my new kitchen.
Everyone working at the store was most helpful and I appreciated their input while I was matching different tones of color.

We had new flooring installed yesterday. I absolutely love it. This isn’t the first time we’ve had Home Improvement do work at our house and it definitely won’t be the last. I highly recommend.

My wife and I had Home Improvement Outlet lay flooring in most of our home, this included sheet vinyl, carpeting, and glue down tile. They were patient, friendly, and worked with us throughout. The flooring all came out beautifully! The office people were great as were the total of four installers we had. Couldn’t recommend them more highly! Would definitely use their services next time we need them!

Our experience with The Home Improvement Outlet was absolutely wonderful. They have a knowledgeable, friendly, and wonderful staff. We had vinyl plank flooring installed on our basement floor. Andrew and Kai did an amazing job. We Love our new floor. I highly recommend them!

We had Home Improvement Outlet replace the carpet in 2 rooms of our basement. The installer did a great job! In less than 2 days, the work was completed. Also, we got 3 estimates from local companies. Their price was half of the other 2 competitors. Communication was clear and easy! Will definitely use them again!
