Do you offer free estimates?

We do offer free estimates. If a job is over an hour away, we may include an estimate fee which would be reimbursed if the customer accepts the bid.

How far do you travel for installation?

Our typical service area is within a 45 minute radius of Lebanon. i.e. Reading, Lancaster, Hershey, Pine Grove. But we also have traveled farther for some of our jobs.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer financing through Wells Fargo, which is a 12 month same as cash program. The  application for the financing is on our website, and as long as you are approved for enough to  cover the job, we do not require a deposit. We do not run the financing until the job is completed and you then have 12 months to pay the balance, with no interest.

What forms of payment do you take?

We take all major credit cards, including AMEX, or cash, check, and we offer financing as well.

Do you have your own installers, or do you use subcontractors?

We have 4-5 crews of our own flooring installers on staff, as well as working with hand-selected subcontractors who have been vetted and have years of experience working with us.

How do I get a job scheduled?

Generally after we have given you the estimate, we asked for a down payment to schedule. The sales associate will give the follow up payment’s schedule at the time of sale.

Do you have products in stock?

Yes, we stock numerous flooring options, from sheet vinyl to glue-down & floating vinyl plank, as well as 60-70 rolls of carpet.

Can I just buy products from you and install them myself?

Absolutely; while we do offer installation of all of the products that we sell, we also are more than happy to sell things cash and carry.

Do you offer design services?

Any of our bathroom or kitchen sales people work with a design program, where they can design the kitchen or bathroom layout in 3D design. They will also work with you in regards to color & style selections. We also have an interior designer on staff that can work one on one with you as well.

What kind of countertops do you sell?

We work with several types of stone, including quartz & granite, as well as laminate like WilsonArt & Formica. We also deal with acrylic options like Corian. For bathrooms, we also offer cultured marble.

Are your products environmentally friendly/sustainably sourced?

We do have several products that are made of recycled, organic material, specifically Puretech from Mohawk.

How do I start the process of having a kitchen/bathroom remodel done?

Typically, one of the first steps is to have one of our designers come out to measure up the space, assess the options, and discuss your needs and wants for the space you are looking to remodel. From there we will have you come in to make your selections so that we can finalize a price for you.

How long does a kitchen/bathroom remodel take?

A typical kitchen or bathroom remodel will take several weeks from start to finish. The time frame does depend on the extent of the project, and how much work needs to be done.

How do I increase my home’s resale value?

To increase home value focus on high-impact upgrades like modern kitchens, updated bathrooms, or enhanced curb appeal with new doors, windows, or siding.
